A. You can expect a lasting smooth result for up to 12 weeks, depending on how often you shampoo your hair; the type and texture of it and how quickly it grows.
Q: What rules do I need to follow after receiving a Smooth Infusion™ Treatment?
A: For at least the first 24 hours after a treatment, you should keep your hair dry and straight, and avoid tucking hair behind your ears, clipping it back or putting it in a ponytail. After 24 hours or so, the guests can shampoo, condition and style their hair as usual. Your stylist will be specific for your particular hair type.

A. You may wash hair 24 hours after the treatment.
Q. When should I cut my hair, before or after the treatment?
A. Your stylist will probably suggest that if you want a cut, have it done after the treatment as there will be a change in the texture of your hair and it will affect the length.
Q. Can I go to the beach or the pool after the treatment?
A. Yes, you can swim in either the pool or the ocean 24 hours after you receive the treatment. Although to be honest, you’re a brave woman to go into the Irish seas in the current weather!
Q. How often should I receive the Smooth Infusion™ Professional Smoothing Treatment?
A. It depends on your hair and the number of shampoos, but between 2 and three months. Your stylist will chat to you about it when she sees your hair type.
Q. What should I do if my hair gets wet after the first 24 hrs of doing the treatment?
A. Eeek! Take precautions to stay dry, but it catastrophe occurs, then blow the hair dry and flat iron with medium to low heat immediately.
Q. Can I tie my hair or wear a pony tail?
A. No, as creasing the hair will affect the result. Avoid wearing hair in pony tail for 24 hours after the treatment; don’t clip it up or wear a band.
