3 – Full time Senior Graphic Designer (Dublin)

Does working as a Senior Graphic Designer look like in Therapie Clinics? You’ll be working closely with the rest of our amazing Marketing and Digital team in the conception, implementation and management of campaigns across our entire online and offline presence. You’ll be part of a growing Marketing and Digital team in one of Ireland’s most successful Beauty Clinics, where you can nurture your talents and strengths to make a difference.

So what will you be doing?

  • Guide and advise fellow employees in the creative process
  • Communicate and facilitate the art direction and formatting of design deliverables and produce necessary communication pieces in small format print, large format print, displays, signs, graphics and web design
  • Collaborate internally to conceptualise and execute creative solutions that can be translated across various media platforms
  • Manage all the pre and post production quality checks
  • Submit creative deliverables within the agreed upon deadline and budget
  • Design of marketing communication pieces including overall theme development, individual piece designs
  • Manage production of all print pieces from conception to completion
  • Attend press checks as needed(Obsess over details)
  • Maintain quality check on all pieces to ensure designs are of the highest caliber
  • Develop site graphics; design images, icons, banners, audio enhancements, etc.
  • Develop mock-ups of overall site navigation, structure, and design to be reviewed by peers
  • Maintain site appearance by developing and enforcing content and display standards, and editing submissions
  • Work with usability
  • Thrive in an environment with quick turnaround time
  • Seek out creative, design-led solutions to challenging problems

Qualifications

So who are we looking for?

You’ll be someone who lives and breathes creativity! You understand the power of design and loves creating new and exciting ways to convey a message to an audience. You’re someone who is not afraid of change and is willing to push the boundaries when it comes to trying new things with a test-and-learn approach to on digital channels.

As the ideal candidate you:

  • Four year related degree and a minimum of 5 years design experience in an in-house creative department or design firm
  • Strong creative, organizational, problem solving and time-management skills
  • Expert knowledge in graphic production process.
  • Work well with tight deadlines in a team environment.
  • Able to take projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.
  • Adaptable and quick learner. Must be able to apply style guides creatively while upholding brand identity for Therapie
  • Possess strong conceptual skills, high level sense of design, layout and typography, a broad thinker who is able to offer a variety of design solutions.
  • Strong wireframing experience

Information About You

You have the necessary experience for the role, but you’re also keen to grow your skill set and learn in a fast-paced environment and aren’t afraid of change. You work well with a deadline and can self-manage a wide variety of tasks. You’re also a team player and love to work with new people and grow professional relationships. You know how to use the following tools:

  • Illustration and multimedia content development tools
  • Understanding of browser capabilities and internet technologies
  • Portfolio featuring examples of design work
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with HTML, WordPress, and motion graphics a plus

4 – Social Media Content Manager ( Dublin)

What does working on social media, content and email look like in Therapie Clinics? You’ll be working closely with the rest of our amazing Marketing and Digital team in the conception, implementation and management of campaigns across our entire online presence, from tracking social media metrics to language and imagery used on our emails.You’ll be part of a growing Marketing and Digital team in one of Ireland’s most successful Beauty Clinics, where you can nurture your talents and strengths in marketing and social media to make a difference.

So what will you be doing?

  • Assisting in the development, deployment and reporting of all digital marketing campaigns
  • Measuring and understanding campaign and social platform performance to understand why certain approaches succeed or fail
  • Management of all our Social Media channels with the aim of growing and engaging our existing audience through a test and learn approach
  • Building Therapie brand awareness and driving traffic to the site via all available digital marketing channels
  • Publish and share daily content (original text, images, video) that will build meaningful connections and encourage people to take action
  • Assisting in and writing your own content for our blog
  • Stay up-to-date with news in the relevant communities to identify and recommend content that is being discussed online that is relevant to our customers
  • Researching and sharing industry-relevant trending topics, hashtags, news and graphics for our target markets and audiences
  • Communicate with customer on a daily basis e.g. Facebook Live comments
  • Manage difficult questions offline with a “customer first” mindset and ability to manage all important aspects of social customer service

Qualifications

So who are we looking for?

You’ll be someone who lives and breathes content and social media; you understand the power of words and love creating new and exciting ways to convey a message to an audience. You’re someone who is not afraid of change and is willing to push the boundaries when it comes to trying new things with a test-and-learn approach to digital campaigns and social media management.

As the ideal candidate you:

  • Must be comfortable using all social media platforms, particularly Facebook pages, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn
  • Familiarity with scheduling software and planning social media posts and content ahead of time is a must!
  • Must love writing and have a sharp eye – we all make mistakes, we need you to help us spot ours!
  • Know how to people manage! You’ll not only be working within the Marketing team, we expect you to collaborate across  the business too
  • Know your way around Google Analytics and have a keen interest in the analytical side of marketing (as it relates to response rates and database segmentation)
  • Are comfortable with email marketing concepts, metrics and best practises (we’ll rely on your skills and knowledge to drive the team forward!)
  • Can promote our blog content on social media and understands the connection between exposure on social media and increase search rankings
  • Understand how reach and engagement on social media impact not only referral traffic and revenue, but SEO as well.
