Was lovely, the results the next day from the hydra facial are soo good, my skin is literally glowing! Khadeja was so sweet and welcoming, made the whole experience so comfortable and relaxing, felt like I was catching up with an old friend. I was nervous for my first laser hair removal treatment. Rochelle put me at ease and constantly checked how I felt throughout. She pre warned me before doing anything too and gave me lots of advice for after care.
The staff are very helpful and friendly. Today Rochelle was happy to answer any questions I had and was very understanding and put me at ease. The process was quick and painless. She also clearly explained how to take care of my skin while the weather is warmer and when I go on hoilday in the coming weeks. The ladies at the front desk were also very helpful and welcomed me with a smile, like always.
