My skin peel was great, my skin has responded well so far. The therapist was lovely, explained the process, Pepe and after care very well. She also provided great guidance on other options for my skin.

I purchased 10 sessions in bulk as Therapie Wimbledon was on Sale! Im not really hairy but fed up with waxing every month. So I finally decided to go for consultation for laser hair removal. I was seen by Tiziane for consultation and she was really sweet and informative. I had 9 out of 10 sessions done as I missed my appointment but the results are 10 out of 10! I was promised 80% reduction and i have achieved this (or even 85-90%) The only thing i would improve is to always be booked with the same clinician. I have requested to be seen by Vlera as she was recommended by my friends, snd i was told i will be seeing her on the next session but when i came, i was seen by another person new to me. Nevertheless, all the ladies that I saw for treatment had been really lovely and made me feel comfortable. Towards the end, i have at least been seen 2-3 times by Elona and also greeted by Tiziane who did my initial consultation. These ladies are really lovely and deserve 🌟⭐️✨⭐️🌟🌟✨💫 Would definitely recommend Therapie but most especially, Wimbledon branch!

I was late for my appointment due to roadworks and temporary lights. I called to inform on route but unfortunately arrived too late for my time slots. The therapist on reception was kind and understanding and booked me in for a later appointment that day. Which I made it to. I am very appreciative to her and very happy with the brilliant customer service that I received.

I've always had a great experience with them. My therapist is always so sweet, lovely and professional. We've a lovely bond. I'd never go to another clinic. 😄 SIDE NOTE; If you have PCOS and struggle with difficult hair growth I'd recommend getting laser. It can take a while but it will be worth it.

Recommended other procedures I could consider to address my cocnerns but wasn't pushy at all. She comes across very professional and confident, as someone that has a lot of experience. I had a fantastic consultation with Dr Niarah Ahmad for botox and fillers. I never felt rushed or pressured with opinions offered in an expert and non-pressurised way. This was important to me as I had never had botox before. Dr Niarah put me completely at ease and was very professional and friendly throughout, thoroughly explaining her process and recommendations whilst listening to my concerns to keep me looking natural. I went ahead with the botox service and was delighted with my results at my 2 week review. I had a few sessions of my laser treatment at the Wimbledon Village branch and never received such a thorough and pain free treatment as today with Vlera. She asked how the treatment was going and if I could see difference, I’ve told Vlera which areas I didn’t see difference and she made sure those areas were done very thoroughly. I could not been happier to be honest. Definitely recommend to anyone that is interested in laser hair removal treatments to visit the clinic!
