It was a relaxing experiencing. My technician, December, had a fantastic bedside manner.

Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed ,I had an appointment on 24/06 Saturday with laser half leg, underarm and bikini only took 15/16 minutes for all . Paid lots of money for nothing. Will not recommended to anyone

I felt so relaxed and comfortable. I didn’t have to wait around for my appointment and my doctor was friendly yet professional

I mistakenly showed up for my apt on the wrong day. The girls at the desk were very accomodating and fit me into a cancellation within the hour. Paula treated me with an outstanding level of care and professionalism. Answered all of my questions and didn't rush. She was the third therapist I've seen and by far the best customer service. Paula's a real asset to the company, I will book with her in future.

I have just completed my laser hair removal treatment with Thérapie in Dundrum and I have been so impressed throughout the whole process. The staff are always welcoming and informative! I felt really anxious about laser hair removal, (especially about the intimate areas!) However, straight away the ladies who work there were so welcoming and put me at ease. Every single one has been very professional and knowledgable. What I thought might be an awkward uncomfortable experience turned out to be fine. I honestly can’t recommend it enough, from the first treatment the improvement has been really good. When I worked out how long 10 treatments would take I was put off but after seeing the results from The first session it is absolutely worth it! Also feels better to not be using plastic razors so often. 🌍Thank you! Wish I’d have started sooner. X
