Friendly staff at reception. The nurse Charli Ann was very informative, she explained everything clearly. Charli Ann's warm and professional nature put me at ease, as I am ofren anxious when it comes to needles. The whole procedure went smoothly, and I am very pleased with the, natural looking, results.

From the moment I walked through the front door, I was greeted with a warmth and felt comfortable immediately. Once meeting the nurse Charlie, she was informative and thorough when discussing the pros and cons of the procedure and my mind was put at rest. The salon was clean and well maintained. Very much looking forward to my next visit.

Zana is an excellent therapist. I am currently having my top up sessions with her and she makes me feel confident and secure because she always talks about the theory behind it and what to do to maximise the treatment results better. She is lovely and welcoming and distracts my anxiety which I find hard. I would recommend to book laser all sessions with Zana!

Unfortunately the dr wasn’t able to help me with what I needed. But she was very friendly. I will definitely go back if there’s any treatments that I want. The reception staff were also very nice and friendly too.
