The girl that was seeing to me to put numbing cream on my lips was nicely presented smartly dressed the clinic was lovely and clean then I saw Paulina who was doing my lips she is lovely and although it was painful she tried to put me at ease I will go back there to have a top up and any other treatment I need

My therapist was really lovely! It was a quick and painless experience. I bought the aftercare kit after my first session and it really did the trick to soothe the area after.

The girl who always carried out my consultation was so informative and lovely couldn’t get her name but honestlt one of the best clinics I’ve been too.

Such a friendly and professional team. First visit, consultation went so well they fit me in for my first session straight off the back of it. Have a slight phobia for needles and they were so warm and kind and patient every step of the way!

I have been to 3 or 4 different Therepie clinics, and although I have found them all to be great - the staff at the Bromley branch are particularly efficient and thorough. a special thank you to my Lazer technician Audroné - she has done such a good job on my permeant hair removal! And is easy to chat to (not always easy when undressed!).

No mercy which is exactly what I need I know I'm not easy to work on but she was patient and effective also more thorough then the other two I've had previously.
