Been a great experience, would highly recommend, however would prefer it if got the same operator all the time. Some operators are very thorough others rush the job which is very obvious.

Emma was lovely she listened to what I wanted and advised me on what was best for what I wanted, she explained everything as she went along and gave a full run down in the contra indications and aftercare. Will be using Therapie as my go to from now on for my anti wrinkle treatment and lip filler.

As a Saudi girl and student as well, This clinic is my best place in the entire UK. I used to do the removal of the hair by laser, then I came back to do skin treatment with Laura. She and other staff are really good and friendly. Now I am back to continue my sessions to remove my hair. I strongly recommend this to Arab girls.

The staff at Therapie Sheffield are always incredibly helpful and competent, from the staff on reception to the staff who perform the treatments. They are professional and friendly and it's obvious that they enjoy their jobs and are well trained. The clinic itself is spotlessly clean (I work in an operating theatre so I know about clean standards!) and gives an air of luxury and comfort.

First laser hair removal session - it was a breeze! Thank you to Grace for explaining all the details every step of the way. Grace was super polite, easy to talk to and very professional. I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all and any nerves melted away with the first beep of the laser and the cold air. Everything was very clean and tidy and super hygienic. See you again in 6 weeks for round 2!

I go to Sheffields branch at meadowhall and Grace looked after me very well. She is an amazing therapist. This is my fourth out of ten treatments and she made me feel comfortable the entire time having the treatment. She talked me through what she was doing, making sure I was comfortable throughout and chatted about her hobbies and asked about mine. Made me feel very at ease and she's very friendly and professional. Looking forward to my next appointment. X
